Sue and Karen have been making items in stained glass as a hobby since enrolling on an evening class in Wiveliscombe four years ago. Trying to make time around their poultry enterprises hasn't left much time for inspired creativity however having made items for themselves initially their houses are so colourful they are now making items to sell and to order.
Karen loves lampshades using fantastic colours and textures of glass, which is then highlighted with the light behind. Sue's work ranges from bold modern designs to layered abstracts.
